Our Support Services

Quick Start

This session is designed for families who feel overwhelmed after a diagnosis or escalating behaviors and aren’t sure where to begin. Together, we’ll make sense of your current situation, clarify priorities, and create a compassionate, practical plan with helpful strategies and trusted resources. You’ll leave feeling calmer, supported, and confident about your next steps.

Guided Start:

This option includes the initial Quick Start session plus continued support as you begin implementing your next steps. It’s ideal for families who want guidance while navigating decisions, systems, and early transitions. You’ll receive steady support, thoughtful check-ins, and reassurance as you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Agape Fund

The Agape Fund exists to support families in crisis by helping meet both emotional and practical needs. Through this fund, parents may receive assistance with counseling services and everyday supports such as meals or light household help. This support is meant to remind families they are cared for and not carrying this season alone.

About Me

Adair Yatko is a North Carolina native, longtime Fort Mill resident, and passionate advocate for families navigating disability and complex caregiving journeys. After a 12-year career in hospitality sales at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge, Adair stepped away from the corporate world to support her family while advocating for a child with a rare genetic disorder—an experience that reshaped her purpose and calling.

A graduate of South Carolina’s Partners in Policymaking program, Adair serves on the Advisory Council for Educating Students with Disabilities, collaborates with fellow advocates, sits on the Board of Bridged in Greenville, SC, supports caregivers through her church’s Disability & Inclusion Ministry, and participates in roundtable discussions with local legislators.

Adair founded Light and Love Parenting Support to walk alongside parents and caregivers from diagnosis through crisis—offering encouragement, advocacy, resources, and connection rooted in lived experience, faith, and compassion. Her heart is to remove shame, reduce isolation, and help families find clearer, more sustainable paths forward.

She and her husband, Rob, are raising their fun-loving, faith-fueled family of five, finding joy in the small moments and strength in community.
